Banana Salad
To serve with meat or poultry.
Wash, dry and roll up some lettuce leaves tightly, cut in shreds with a sharp knife and form the shred into a nest on a dish. Inside the nests lay some sliced bananas; pour over all some cream mayonnaise and sprinkle grated nuts over the top.
