CREAM PUFFS AND FILLING
Take one level cupful of flour, 3oz. butter, ½ pint of water, and 4 small eggs. Boil butter and water a few seconds, then stir in flour. Let it cool a few minutes, adding the beaten eggs gradually, then drop it in spoonfuls on to a tray, cook from 25 to 30 minutes in moderate oven.
Cream Filling: Boil one cupful of milk, add two dessertspoonfuls of maizena (mixed), and beat well one tablespoonful each of butter and icing sugar, and put in with milk, beat mixture till cold (A delicious filling).
