CURRIED EGGS FOR SANDWICHES

From 1922:

Three eggs, ½ teaspoonful of curry, a pinch of salt and pepper, with a teaspoonful of butter. Boil the eggs hard, then chop up very fine. Add the butter, pepper and salt, then gradually add the curry. This makes a delicious sandwich for cribs or supper, seeing that they are very tasty and keep moist for 12 or 14 hours.
