HAM SANDWICH BISCUITS
Two cupfuls of white flour, four level teaspoonfuls of baking powder, two dessertspoonfuls of lard worked into the flour, ¼ tablespoonful of salt, two thirds of a cupful of milk. Mix as for biscuits, roll thin, cut in rounds, spread half of these with chopped ham, moistened with butter and mustard. Cover each spread round with another. Press the sandwich lightly together and bake in a quick oven for about 15 minutes or until a golden brown. Serve hot with salad.
