Steak with Olives
Broil the steak, place on hot platter, add butter, salt, pepper to season, and set where it will keep warm. Into saucepan put butter half the size of an egg. When this is bubbling, turn in cup of finely minced green olives and stir until just warmed, but not cooked. Then pour over the steak and serve immediately with baked potatoes.
