Stuffed Potatoes
From 1922:
Take 6 raw potatoes, peel them and take out most of the inside, fill with mincemeat, chopped parsley, a little butter, salt, pepper, and tomato or other sauce.
Put in a tin and bake till well cooked and light brown.
