TOMATO OMELETTE
From 1922:
Take 2 tablespoonfuls of flour, 2 eggs salt and pepper to taste, and sufficient milk to make a nice batter; then slice a large tomato finely and mix into the batter; then fry a nice brown. Sufficient for three persons, and makes a very tasty breakfast dish.
